Our story….

The owner Ashley Mangel started her career over 20 years ago on a mission to create best in class customer service and standards to her clients.

Ashley worked various numbers of positions in the retail circuit from sales representative to account manager while putting herself through college. Through her determination and focus, she worked her way up to Vice President of Sales and trade relations, now adding Owner and President to her resume.

In 2022, Ashley, encouraged by a previous employer and colleagues, started her own consulting company. With a leap of faith and hard work, she did just that.

Ascension was built on the back of core values and strong work ethic. The company continues to rapidly grow at record rates year over year, serving thousands of clients nationwide, and continually growing the sales team.
